My name is Ryan Cisar, better known as Chango.
I was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. Growing up I saw
alot of ink on the Avenues which is where my love affair with
tattoos began. It turned into a devotion while giving a decade of my
life to the state. My next adventure in tattooing began when I
walked into the Enchanted Dragon where Glen Tackett offered me an
apprenticeship. Under the guiding hand of his family I am now a
member of a lowrider club, a very happy newlywed, a proud daddy of
two with one on the way.
Having the benefit of an apprenticeship, I love to and can
tattoo anything. I have a desire to draw, do custom work and
portraits, y me especialiso en el arte de la cultura chicana. ven a
